Judicial cooperation and coronavirus: the law must go on

Introduction In order to combat the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19), several countries have taken measures that have a strong impact on the organization of their internal judicial systems[1]. The measures are not uniform and consistent within the EU, but each Member State regulates autonomously the management of judicial workload and the internal organization of its judiciaries during this period of crisis.
